The airline's net income per share increased to 321.17 yen from 290.72 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenues jumped 12% to 2.539 trillion yen for the year ended March 31 from 2.262 trillion yen in the prior year.
In a separate disclosure, ANA raised its final dividend to 65 yen per share, from 60 yen initially forecasted, payable on June 29.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable net income of 96 billion yen, net income per share of 209.28 yen, and operating revenues of 2.770 trillion yen.
ANA plans to pay an interim dividend and a year-end dividend of 30 yen per share, each, for the current fiscal year, with the total annual dividend of 60 yen being lower than the 65 yen per share paid in the year-ago period.
