The company expects Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.40 to $1.42. Analysts expect $1.27.
Meanwhile, revenue for the quarter is projected to be between $9.3 billion and $9.4 billion. Analysts expect $8.67 billion.
Shares of Amphenol rose more than 6% in recent Wednesday pre-bell activity.
