Amapa Minerals has filed a preliminary base prospectus for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of common shares.
The IPO will be managed by Canaccord Genuity and BMO Capital Markets, as joint lead bookrunners. The number and price range of shares to be sold are still undetermined, the company said.
Amapa Minerals' lead asset is the Amapa Project in northern Brazil, which is a past-producing gold operation that historically sold more than 1.5 million ounces of gold between 2005 and 2021.
