Alzai Health (ALZI.V) raised C$4.05 million from an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, the company said Tuesday.
The company, which specializes in Alzheimer's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease-related dementia diagnosis, sold 10.3-million units in the IPO with each priced at $0.40 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.60
Proceeds of the IPO will be used for research and development, sales and marketing and general working capital.
Alzai shares were last seen up $0.02 to $0.42 on the Venture Exchange.
