Altus Group (AIF.TO) Thursday after trade said second-quarter adjusted earnings rose to C$0.53 per share, from C$0.39 per share, in the prior-year period.
Analysts polled by FactSet had forecast C$0.51 per share.
The provider of commercial real estate intelligence said revenue increased to C$112.7 million, from C$106.5 million, in the prior year period, beating the C$111 million expected.
Altus Group is expecting third-quarter revenue of between C$114 million to C$116 million.
It will pay a quarterly dividend of C$0.15 on Oct. 15, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30.
The company's shares closed down C$1.22, or 2.6%, to C$45.57 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
