Alphamab Oncology CEO Buys Shares

Alphamab Oncology (HKG:9966) said its controlling shareholder and CEO Xu Ting bought 554,000 shares of the company from the open market on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The purchases were on top of the 122,000 shares bought by certain members of the company's management, also on the same day.

The shares were purchased for HK$7.375 on average, or nearly HK$5 million in total.

Xu now holds 314.28 million shares, representing 32.4% of the business, the firm said.

Annica Holdings (SGX:JFQ) lodged an offer information statement for a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue to raise up to SG$5.2 million in net proceeds, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The renewable energy firm will issue up to 168.5 million shares at SG$0.034 per share, on the basis of six rights shares for every five existing shares held.Proceeds raised from the issue will be used for renewable energy project development, working capital, debt reduction and for general corporate purposes.

Catis Wins KRW5.81 Billion Gimpo Data Center Security & IT Infrastructure Construction Contract; Shares Rise 4%

South Korean software developer Catis (KOSDAQ:140430) secured a security & IT infrastructure construction contract for the Gimpo Data Center from Daelim, a manufacturer of laminated steel products.The contract, valued at 5.81 billion won, is valid until Oct. 24, 2027, according to a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.Shares of Catis rose more than 4% in recent trade.
