Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google has entered into a 15-year power purchase agreement for the total energy output from RWE's 155-megawatt Crooked Creek solar project in McCurtain county, Oklahoma, RWE said Monday.
RWE said it plans to start construction in late 2026, and expects the project to begin commercial operation in 2028.
The project will power Google's operations in the southwest power pool market, according to RWE.

Apple (AAPL) faces currency headwinds and tightening memory-supply conditions that are expected to weigh on iPhones, Macs and iPads in fiscal Q4, UBS Securities said Thursday in a report.The company's "lack of a robust AI strategy remains a challenge" amid "limited estimate upside and an elevated valuation," the report said.Foreign-exchange fluctuations are expected to trim Q4 growth by 250 basis points, the report said.
