-- Alliant Energy (LNT), parent of Interstate Power and Light, and Wisconsin Power and Light sold 8.29 terawatt-hours of power in Q1, up from 8.26 TWh in the same period of 2025, it said in its earnings report on Thursday.
The company's retail consumer base grew year over year in the quarter to 1.01 million, up from 1.00 million a year earlier, it said.
The company sold 55.3 million dekatherms of gas in the quarter to its residential, commercial and industrial customer base, up from 54.8 million in Q1, 2025.
It added more gas customers in the quarter, taking the total to 434,433 up from 431,903 a year earlier.
The company said it signed a 370 megawatt electric service agreement in Iowa taking contracted data center demand to about 3.4 gigawatts across five agreements.
