Aether, Virtual Grid Establish Commercial Framework to Launch AI Platform AetherPod

Aether (ATHR) and Virtual Grid have established a commercial framework for the launch and commercialization of AetherPod, an Aether-branded modular artificial intelligence platform based on Virtual Grid's NovaPod technology, Virtual Grid said on Monday.

Under the terms, Aether has received exclusive rights to market, distribute, deploy and support AetherPod throughout Southeast Asia, along with non-exclusive rights within the US for approved opportunities, Virtual Grid said.

The framework further includes a "significant strategic investment" from Aether in Virtual Grid, according to a statement.

Financial terms related to the commercial framework were not disclosed.

Shares of Aether were up 5.5% in Monday trading.
