Aduro Clean Technologies (ACT.CN) received conditional approval to list its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol "ACT", it said on Tuesday.
Final approval of the listing remains subject to the company fulfilling all the needs of the TSX, including receipt of all required documentation, it said.
The company expects to delist its shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) in connection with the TSX listing.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.68 to $18.24 on the CSE.
