Aditya Infotech (NSE:CPPLUS, BOM:544466) has incorporated a joint venture company named Corelink Cable Technology with Orient Cables (India), according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Aditya Infotech and Orient Cables each hold 50% of the JV, which will be primarily engaged in the manufacturing of electric cables, including LAN cables and CCTV cables, as well as related products.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
