ADF Group Q2 Net Income, Revenue Rise

ADF Group (DRX.TO) reported second quarter net income of CA$0.10 per share, compared with CA$0.03 per share a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was CA$95 million compared with CA$53 million a year earlier, the company added Thursday.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected revenue of CA$85.8 million.

The company's board of directors approved the payment of a semi-annual dividend of CA$0.02 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share payable on Oct. 15, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 25, added the company.
