Activist Investor Bergeron Nominates Six Candidates for Ethan Allen Board

Ethan Allen Interiors (ETD) shareholder Doug Bergeron said Wednesday he has nominated six people for election to the company's board in an effort to improve growth.

"Ethan Allen is materially undervalued today, but with the right Board, leadership, strategy and execution, I believe the Company has the potential to triple shareholder value over the next three years," Bergeron said in a letter to shareholders.

Ethan Allen didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from.
