Aclara Resources (ARA.TO) received the State Air Permit from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ), Office of Environmental Services for Project Dynamo, its planned rare-earth separation facility in Vinton, Louisiana, it said in a statement on Monday.
The company is now authorized to construct and operate the facility under permitted emission sources and establish the associated emission limits, controls, and operating needs, it said.
Once the company secures the required financing, Aclara aims to break ground in the first quarter of 2027.
Shares of the company were last seen down 1.2% at CA$3.27 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
