AbraSilver Resource (ABRA.TO) reported leadership changes to align the company's structure with the development phase of the Diablillos silver-gold project in Argentina.
AbraSilver appointed Marie Inkster as executive chair, providing strategic oversight and leadership as it advances project financing and construction, the mining development company said Wednesday.
President and Chief Executive Officer John Miniotis was appointed as a director after Hernan Zaballa and Sam Leung stepped down from the board.
The company also promoted Jeremy Weyland, senior vice president for projects and development, to chief operating officer.
