Auto components manufacturer AAPICO Hitech (BKK:AH) has formed a new subsidiary company named Amcharge (Thailand) Co in Thailand for its new energy business, according to a Tuesday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The company holds a total shareholding of 68.99% in Amcharge (Thailand), including a direct shareholding of 54.99% and an indirect shareholding through an associate company of 14.00%.
The new entity was formed with a registered capital of 1 million Thai baht.
