3D Medicines (HKG:1244) said enrollment was completed ahead of schedule in a phase 3 clinical trial of Envafolimab for the neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the cancer therapy developer gained over 1% in late-morning trade on Friday.
The randomized, double-blind, multi-center study is evaluating Envafolimab combined with platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with resectable stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer.
The trial, co-developed with Alphamab Oncology (HKG:9966), enrolled about 390 patients across around 60 clinical research centers in China.
