Standard Lithium旗下Smackover矿与LG Energy Solution签署承购协议
Standard Lithium (SLI.V) 与 Equinor 合资成立的 Smackover Lithium 公司已与 LG Energy Solution 就位于阿肯色州西南部的项目签署了第二份承购协议。 根据协议条款，Standard Lithium 同意在项目投产后的 10 年内，每年向 LG Energy 提供 8,000 公吨电池级碳酸锂。 Standard Lithium 周一表示，该项目约 90% 的目标承购量已落实。 Standard Lithium 此前已与 Trafigura 达成一项为期 10 年、每年 8,000 公吨的承购协议。该公司计划在项目初期阶段，确保该项目 22,500 公吨年产能的 80% 获得承购。
