In corporate news, Boyd, which is backed by Goldman Sachs (GS) Asset Management, is offering a deeply discounted loan to refinance its capital structure following the sale of its liquid-cooling business to Eaton (ETN), Bloomberg reported. Goldman shares were down 2.2%.
