-- CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We lift our target to $500 from $400, based on a P/E of 29.4x our 2028 EPS view, above peers/below historical. We lift our EPS to $7.22 from $6.71 for 2026, $12.18 from $11.09 for 2027, and $17.03 from $14.50 for 2028. We are encouraged by AMD's growing opportunities as enterprises shift to Agentic AI workloads, which require substantially more CPU processing for orchestration and data movement. Given this, AMD more than doubled its long-term server CPU market forecast, now expecting the TAM to grow at over 35% annually to reach over $120B by 2030, up from a previous forecast of 18% annual growth to $60B. Also, customer demand for the upcoming MI450 series GPUs and its integrated Helios platform is exceeding initial plans, with Meta's large deal in Q1 offering great visibility over the next two to three years. We see ample room for AMD to exceed expectations and note its long revenue tail, which we see led by greater traction within major AI infrastructure builders for both its CPUs and rack-scale solutions.
