We raise our 12-month target from $1,500 to $1,600, on a P/E of about 58x our 2027 EPS, above peers to reflect our view of strong growth. After MPWR posted a better-than-expected Q1/Q2 guide, we increase our 2026 EPS estimate to $24.66 ($22.40) and 2027 to $27.54 ($26.68). MPWR's outperformance is supported by strong execution and a diversified market strategy, with significant momentum in the Communications and Enterprise Data segments. MPWR raised its growth forecast for the Enterprise Data segment from a 50% floor to an 85% floor this year, showing greater visibility into the AI and server markets. The company also announced plans to expand its manufacturing capacity to $6B from $4B to support future growth, which we expect to drive upside over the next two to three years. The Communications segment delivered impressive results, growing 33% sequentially on robust sales of power solutions for optical modules and switches. Despite our positive outlook, we think nosebleed valuations more than reflects this.
