-- Italian oilfield services company Saipem (SPM.MI) expanded its 70 million-euro contract covering the Bouri Gas Utilisation project in North Africa with Next Geosolutions (NXT.MI).
The marine geoscience and offshore construction services company said Monday the survey and installation support contract was increased by 4 million euros to 6 million euros, and covers the deployment of two specialized vessels for offshore touch down monitoring activities.
Further, Rana Subsea's contract for specialized diving and installation services was increased by 25 million euros to 30 million euros, including the exercise of options and a new tender for further activities under the project.
