-- Nestlé India's (NSE:NESTLEIND, BOM:500790) consolidated profit rose to 11.1 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 8.73 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 5.77 rupees from 4.53 rupees a year earlier, the fast-moving consumer goods company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also increased to 67.5 billion rupees from 55.0 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of 5 rupees per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 on shares of face value of 1 rupee each.
The company's shares were up over 7% in recent trade.
