According to an Ineos statement cited by the news agency, the partnership will initially focus on three targets, including the British oil and gas giant's Fort Sumter discovery, Sisco exploration well, and another exploration well to be drilled by the end of 2030, with Ineos acquiring a 21% working interest in the assets. Financial details were not disclosed.
