The inspection equipment maker's net income per share increased to 631.96 yen from 583.77 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Net sales gained 0.4% to 169.5 billion yen from 168.8 billion yen in the prior-year period.
It declared a year-end dividend of 214.00 yen per share, payable after the fiscal year-end.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, the company expects attributable net income of 72 billion yen, net income per share of 801.89 yen and net sales of 220 billion yen.
Lasertec plans to pay a year-end dividend of 197 yen per share for the year, bringing the total annual dividend to 329 yen, which is higher than the amount paid in the prior fiscal year.
