Gujing Distillery's Attributable Profit Slides 31% in Q1

-- Anhui Gujing Distillery's (SHE:000596) attributable profit fell 31% to 1.61 billion yuan in the first quarter from 2.33 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Earnings per share at the baijiu wine maker decreased 31% to 3.04 yuan from 4.41 yuan in the prior-year period.

Operating revenue declined 19% year over year to 7.45 billion yuan from 9.15 billion yuan.
