The company placed by issuing 10.97-million units priced at $0.28 each and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.40.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and exploration, including development and drilling.
The company's shares closed down $0.05 to $0.30 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
