-- Clearbridge Health's (SGX:1H3) 80.2% owned subsidiary, Clearbridge Medical Group, agreed to dispose of its 100% stake in Clearbridge Lifestyle to Joseph Seow Kok Siam for SG$700,000, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the completion of the acquisition, Clearbridge Medical will no longer hold any interest in Clearbridge Lifestyle, with the latter also ceasing to be the company's subsidiary.
Clearbridge Lifestyle is involved in the business of management consultancy services for healthcare organizations and holds the company's business with seven dental clinics across Singapore.
The purchaser is an existing shareholder of Clearbridge Health and Clearbridge
Dental Holdings, a subsidiary of Clearbridge Medical Group.
