Earnings per share contracted to 3.84 rupees from 4.80 rupees a year earlier, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Saturday. The EPS was higher than the 0.14 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also, however, increased to 2.63 billion rupees from 2.24 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's board also recommended a final dividend of 12.75 rupees per equity share of face value of 10 rupees each for the financial year ended March 31.
