Earnings per share contracted to 5.94 rupees from 10.32 rupees a year earlier, the real estate developer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges. The EPS was lower than the 6.67 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 remained flat year-on-year at 14.6 billion rupees. This is also lower than Visible Alpha's estimate of 17.2 billion rupees.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of 2 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each for the financial year ended March 31.
