BayCurrent's Profit Rises 23% in Fiscal 2026

-- BayCurrent's (TYO:6532) profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 23% to 37.8 billion yen for the fiscal year 2026 from 30.8 billion yen a year earlier.

The consulting firm's basic earnings per share increased to 249.16 yen from 202.16 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

Revenue jumped 28% to 148.3 billion yen for the full year ended Feb. 28 from 116.1 billion yen in the prior year.

It declared a final dividend of 50 yen per share for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28, payable from May 28.

For the fiscal year 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 48.1 billion yen, basic EPS of 323.79 yen, and revenue of 190 billion yen.

BayCurrent plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 65 yen per share, each, for the current year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
