-- AMA Group (ASX:AMA) said unaudited normalized fiscal third-quarter pre-AASB 16 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) fell to AU$17.9 million from AU$21.1 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Revenue was AU$254.2 million compared to AU$249.6 million in the same period last year.
The company said operating cash outflow for the fiscal Q3 was AU$400,000 after all lease costs and a AU$6.3 million income tax payment in March, compared to a AU$5.3 million inflow in the prior corresponding period, which included a significantly lower tax payment of AU$200,000.
AMA Group maintained its fiscal year 2026 guidance, with normalized pre-AASB 16 EBITDA expected to be in the range of AU$70 million to AU$75 million, assuming broader geopolitical developments do not materially impact repair volumes.
The company's shares rose 8% in recent Wednesday trade.
