The companies plan to combine Silkwave's satellite communication technology with HKS' media content to expand the satellite converged media market.
Proposed areas of cooperation include in-vehicle live TV services, satellite-enabled content distribution alongside 5G networks, and expansion into overseas markets, including Southeast Asia.
