-- Boab Metals (ASX:BML) said that its subsidiary Sorby Management has entered into a six-year diesel supply agreement with CGL Fuel, a subsidiary of Cambridge Gulf, to support operations at the Sorby Hills silver-lead-zinc project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement secures a reliable long-term diesel supply for the construction, commissioning, and operational phases, enhancing the project's readiness ahead of its planned first concentrate production in the second half of 2027, per the filing.
The agreement secures supply via Wyndham Port with direct site delivery, includes onsite fuel storage and dispensing, and improves cost certainty and operational stability as the project advances, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
