-- Qoria (ASX:QOR) said disclosure documents for the proposed merger with Aura Consolidated Group are now expected to be released in May, and the Qoria scheme shareholder meeting and closing are expected in July, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Due to the change in the closing date, the firms agreed to establish a AU$10 million unsecured working capital facility for Qoria from Aura, to cover accumulating transaction costs and further strengthen the balance sheet.
The facility carries an interest rate of 15% per annum.
