-- RedCloud (RCT) said Monday it has signed a five-year licensing agreement worth up to $30 million to deploy its real-time artificial intelligence for distribution engine in Saudi Arabia.
The contract is structured at $6 million annually based on platform revenue within the country, the company said.
Shares were up roughly 75% in afternoon trading.
