CIFI Logs 1.15 Billion Yuan in March Contracted Sales
CIFI (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 1.15 billion yuan in March, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 107,100 square meters, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 12,200 yuan per square meter.In the first quarter of 2026, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 2.41 billion yuan and 232,800 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,300 yuan per square meter.
