China Water Affairs to Issue $150 Million Additional Bonds Due 2030
China Water Affairs (HKG:0855) will issue an additional $150 million of 5.875% senior notes due 2030, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The additional notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the company's existing $150 million notes issued in October 2025, the filing said.The notes are priced at 95.384% of principal and will carry a coupon of 5.875% per year, with maturity on Oct. 22, 2030.The company expects proceeds to fund a concurrent tender offer and repay certain offshore debt, with remaining proceeds earmarked for eligible green projects, particularly water supply projects, under its Green & Blue Finance Framework.
