LG Uplus Ties Up with US-based MongoDB to Build Integrated AI Data Platform
LG Uplus (KRX:032640) signed a memorandum of understanding with New York-based data platform company MongoDB to build an integrated AI data platform, the South Korean mobile network operator said in a Wednesday release.LG Uplus plans to expand its AI contact center data abilities across company-wide services via the agreement.LG Uplus will adopt an AI-ready unified data platform through its collaboration with MongoDB, which will give it faster access to customer data such as consultation history and conversation logs, the release said.Shares of LG Uplus fell nearly 4% at market close.
