Azimut Exploration Posts Drill Results from Fortin Antimony-Gold Zone at Wabamisk Property

Azimut Exploration (AZM.V) reported complete results of its third drilling program on the Fortin antimony-gold zone at the Wabamisk property in Quebec, continuing to expand the zone, the company said in a Wednesday news release.Best results include 0.87% antimony over 12.5 meters and 0.54 antimony over 17.0 m. A subparallel gold zone returned 4.66 grams per tonne gold over 6.0 m, including 26.7 g/t gold over 1.0 m.The recent discoveries underscore the strong exploration potential of the Wabamisk property, which is emerging as a district-scale play, the company said.Planned work for 2026 will accelerate the definition of the zones and test new targets through an extensive ground geophysical survey, mechanical stripping, prospecting and diamond drilling.

Eco Agrees to Farm Down 37.5% Working Interest in Block 1 CBK to Navitas Petroleum LP

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (EOG.V) signed a definitive agreement to farm down a 37.5% working interest in Block 1 CBK offshore South Africa (Block 1 CBK) to Navitas Petroleum LP, through a unit, it said Wednesday.The agreement is conditional on receipt of customary regulatory approvals, from the Petroleum Agency of South Africa and the TSX Venture Exchange, and receipt of US$4 million cash payment from Navitas to Eco. Following a review of geological data, Navitas has elected to exercise the Block 1 CBK option through the execution of a definitive farmout agreement on May 19, said the company.Navitas will become the operator of Block 1 CBK with 37.5% working interest upon completion of the deal and Eco will retain a remaining working interest of 37.5%. Eco will be carried by Navitas for the work programme, the value of the carry being capped at US$7.5 million net to Eco.The amounts carried by Navitas will be repaid via Eco's share of proceeds from future production on the Block, it added."Building on our recent farm down to BP in Namibia, we have now further deepened our strategic partnership with Navitas, working not only in South Africa but also in highly prospective acreage offshore the Falkland Islands in PL001, which Eco will gain further exposure to upon the upcoming completion of our acquisition of JHI Associates Inc.," said Eco Chief Executive Gil Holzman. Aya Gold & Silver Posts High-Grade Drill Results from Boumadine Project

Aya Gold & Silver (AYA.TO) reported new drill results from the Boumadine project in Morocco that confirm "strong high-grade continuity" along the Boumadine Main Trend and "support the potential for continued resource growth and scale", according to a Wednesday news release.In addition, hole BOU-DD25-745 to the south intersected a new mineralized parallel structure 70 meters below the current resources pit shell, the company said. This new structure has the potential to increase both the resources and depth of the open pit and will require follow-up drilling upward and laterally to fully assess its potential, it added.Highlights of the results from the Boumadine Main Trend include 890 grams per tonne silver equivalent over 51.5 m, including 1,504 g/t silver equivalent over 19.3 m; and also 665 g/t silver equivalent over 20.4 m, including 1,276 g/t silver equivalent over 5.3 m; as well as 746 g/t silver equivalent over 14.9 m, including 1,227 g/t silver equivalent over 6.5 m.In a exploration update, Aya cited 69,209m drilled at Boumadine year-to-date, with 20% of the planned 360,000m infill drilling program for 2026-2027 completed.On next steps, AYA said infill drilling, following last year's positive preliminary economic assessment, will be ongoing for the next 24 months with a drill program of approximately 360,000m planned. It addded "significant potential exists" to expand the Boumadine Main Trend, the Tizi Zone and the Imariren Zone, with all three trends open in all directions. Follow-up drilling is also planned on the 8 km Asirem trend for later this year."Most drilling will continue to focus on the Main Trend, Imariren and Tizi to extend known mineralization along strike and at depth, while infilling key areas as part of advancing Feasibility Study. The balance of the 2026 program (near 20,000m) will target Asirem follow-up and greenfield exploration, testing geological hypotheses and targets generated over the past four years. Mkango Resources Signs Agreement With Heraeus To Acquire Heraeus Remloy

Mkango Resources (MKA.V) signed an asset purchase agreement with Heraeus Amloy Technologies GmbH, to acquire its Remloy rare earth magnet recycling business for 8 million euros (US$9.4 million) in cash, the company said early Wednesday.It includes 5 million euros (US$5.6 million) payable on closing, expected within the next three months, and 3 million euros (US$3.5 million) payable two years after closing, said the company.The initial payment of 5 million euros will be funded from Mkango's existing cash balance, stated the company."Remloy has developed a plant in Bitterfeld, Germany, which recycles end-of-life rare earth magnets via a melting process (medium loop recycling) to produce neodymium-iron-boron ("NdFeB") alloy powders for the bonded and hot deformed magnet markets, complementary to HyProMag's short loop recycling process to produce sintered magnets," said the company.Total capacity of the production facility is 500 tonnes of NdFeB alloy per year and the plant is targeting scale-up to this level of production over the next few years with minimal capital expenditure required, said the company, and added that the assets are currently non-revenue generating and therefore no historic profits are attributable to them, given the facility is still in the start-up phase."Multiple production runs have been completed with the current focus on product optimisation, sample generation for customers and ongoing offtake discussions to support the commencement of commercial sales and targeted scale-up of operations, whilst capitalising on potential synergies with Mkango and HyProMag," added the company.The stockpile comprises more than 300 tonnes of rare earth magnets, rare earth alloys and other raw materials, which helps underpin the growth strategy, it said.The transaction is expected to close in the summer of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and receipt of required regulatory approvals, said the company.

Keyera to Advance ACE Rail Terminal Project in Partnership With CN Rail, AltaGas

Keyera (KEY.TO) will invest an initial $240 million, including an additional $100 million on top of its 2026 growth capital guidance, to build the Alberta Corridor Export (ACE) rail terminal project, the company said on Wednesday.The rail hub is expected to be able to transport about 45,000 barrels per day of propane and butane from the Fort Saskatchewan region to West Coast export facilities. It is forecast to have an in-service date of mid-2028, to align with Keyera's KFS Fractionation III project being completed.ACE rail terminal will be designed to boost loading efficiency, reduce handling requirements and lower transportation costs compared with traditional rail solutions, a statement said. Wallbridge Mining Company (WM.TO) has entered into agreements to sell common shares to Agnico Eagle and Waratah Capital Advisors for about C$56.0 million, the company said on Wednesday.Agnico Eagle has agreed to purchase 243.9 million Wallbridge common shares for gross proceeds of C$22.4 million, which, together with Agnico Eagle's existing ownership position of common shares and common share purchase warrants, will result in a partially-diluted ownership interest of 19.9%.Waratah has agreed to purchase 364.3 million Wallbridge common shares for gross proceeds of C$33.5 million, which will result in the Waratah funds having an aggregate pro forma ownership interest of 19.9%.Strategic investments will be made at a price of $0.092 per common share, representing a premium of 15% to Wallbridge's 20-day volume-weighted average price on the Toronto Stock Exchange.The net proceeds of the offering is expected to help fund completion of a pre-feasibility study on the Fenelon project."In our view, these investments underscore the quality and scale of our flagship asset, Fenelon, while providing the capital required to advance it through infill drilling and a pre-feasibility study, which we expect to deliver in late 2027 or early 2028," said Brian Penny, Chief Executive Officer of Wallbridge.The company also plans to seek shareholder approval to complete a 20:1 share consolidation and a renaming of the company to Sunday Lake Gold.

PyroGenesis to Raise $3 Million Via Bought Deal LIFE Offering and $2 Million Via Concurrent CEO Private Placement

PyroGenesis (PYR.TO) entered into an agreement with Research Capital Corporation to act as the sole underwriter and sole bookrunner, pursuant to which the underwriter agreed to buy, on a "bought deal" basis pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE), 8.8-million of its units for $3 million at $0.34 apiece, it said overnight Tuesday.Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant and each warrant will entitle the holder to buy a share for $0.42 for a three-year period from the closing date of the offering, expected on or about June 3. Collective Mining Discovers New Precious Metal-Rich Oxide Zone at Apollo Target Area

Collective Mining (CNL.TO) has made a new discovery of a zone of precious metal-rich oxidized mineralization in the northern portion of the Apollo target area at the Guayabales project in Colombia, the company said on Wednesday.Assay results for seven diamond drill holes have delineated a new and outcropping zone of oxidized gold and silver rich mineralization.Drilling and surface mapping have traced a continuous corridor of oxide gold-silver mineralization measuring about 700 meters in strike length by 200 m width and up to 100 m depth. Follow-up expansion drilling is underway.Highlights of the results include 71.20 m at 1.95 grams per tonne gold equivalent, 56.00 m at 1.42 g/t gold equivalent and 21.00 m at 2.14 g/t gold equivalent.With US$113.3 million in cash as of March 31, the company is fully funded for its planned 2026 program, which envisions up to 100,000 meters of drilling.
