Vitalhub (VHI.TO) said Tuesday its Novari Health unit has executed a multi-year agreement to implement referral central intake technology across multiple regions in Ontario.According to Vitalhub, central intake models have been proven to improve patient access to care by centrally receiving, triaging, and routing referrals to the most appropriate clinical setting, with the shortest wait time and as close to the patient's home as possible.Novari uses cloud and AI for its central intake technology, helping improve wait times and ensure that the right patients get treated at the right time and by the right provider.Novari's central intake technology has been deployed in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, Vitalhub said.The partnership is part of Ontario's Patients Before Paperwork initiative, according to Vitalhub.The company's share price gained 7% on Monday to C$7.46 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Savaria Targeting $1.6 Billion Revenue by End 2030

Savaria (SIS.TO) Tuesday said it is targeting a top-line revenue increase of 12% annually over the next five years, to reach $1.6 billion at the end of 2030.The company, which provided an update on its five-year financial targets under its Savaria One framework, said it would maintain adjusted EBITDA margins of 20%. This would increase adjusted EBITDA per share to $4.25 by 2030, a statement said.In 2023, Savaria launched a transformation plan called Savaria One to unlock value across the business. The program helped the company deliver $913.5 million in revenue in 2025 with an adjusted EBITDA margin exceeding 20%, the company said.For the fiscal first quarter, Savaria is guiding to a 7% revenue increase to $235 million. S&P Global Upgrades BRP to BB+ On Improved Business Risk Profile

S&P Global has upgraded its rating on BRP (DOO.TO) to BB+ from BB, on an improved business risk profile and stable outlook.The agency said it removed its negative one-notch financial policy modifier to reflect Bain Capital's lower ownership stake in BRP -- which stood at 11% as of December, with about 20% voting rights.S&P noted BRP enjoys 50%-55% of market share in the snowmobile and personal watercraft segment, with a "solid" second position in the off-road vehicles (ORVs) segment. It also rightsized its inventory ended fiscal 2026 with 17% lower inventory levels in North America compared to a year ago. Fourth-quarter 2026 performance was strong, outperforming the powersports industry across majority of product categories -- ORVs (ATVs and SSVs) and snowmobiles."We believe BRP is well positioned to replenish inventory, and we forecast revenue growth of 6%-7% in fiscal 2027. We also estimate that BRP's top line will benefit by C$400 million-C$500 million in fiscal 2027 due to higher shipments relative to last year. Montage Gold Secures Greenfield Exploration Permits in Mauritania

Montage Gold (MAU.TO) on Tuesday said it has secured five Greenfield exploration permits covering about 2,103 square kilometers in Mauritania following a competitive tender and due diligence process.The expansion into Mauritania is part of the company's strategy to create a multi-asset African gold producer.The permits are located in the Western and Eastern Reguibat regions of northern Mauritania. Four tenements have been secured in the Sfariat exploration block, and a further permit has been secured within the Zednes exploration block.Montage will own a 100% interest in the Sfariat permits. The company also entered into an agreement to obtain an 80% interest in the Zednes permit with SOCIEX, who was awarded the permit, which remains subject to customary approvals.Under the Zednes permit agreement, Montage will fund all exploration activities until an exploitation permit is awarded. At that point, SOCIEX has the right to either contribute its pro-rata share of development expenditures or convert its ownership into a 1.0% net smelter return royalty.An initial budget of up to US$2 million has been budgeted for exploration activities in Mauritania during 2026, including initial reconnaissance exploration fieldwork and drilling programs scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter.

Everyday People Financial Gets Conditional TSXV Acceptance for Divestiture of Financial Services Division

Everyday People Financial (EPF.V) overnight Monday said it received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) for the previously announced divestiture of its Financial Services operating entities to FinCard Financial Services Inc., a wholly owned unit of EAM Enterprises.On March 11, the company had announced the deal, pursuant to which FinCard will buy 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Everyday People Homes, EP Homes II, EP Travel Card, Everyday People Care, Everyday People Climb Credit, and Everyday People Supply Chain Solutions.The company said EAM is a private company owned by Carrie Reykdal, the wife of Gordon Reykdal, Executive Chairman of Everyday People Financial. As a result, the deal constitutes a related party transaction and is subject to the requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.9.Everyday People Financial said that it is relying on the exemption from the formal valuation pursuant to MI 61-101 Section 5.5(a) on the basis that the fair market value of the deal nor the consideration to be received by the company, exceeds 25% of its market capitalization. No formal valuation has been prepared in connection with the deal, as a result.The company will prepare and mail the information circular to shareholders in connection with an annual and special meeting of shareholders, anticipated to be held in mid-July 2026, to be called for the purpose of, among other things, approving the deal and conducting its annual business.Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.44 on Monday on the TSXV.
