Selkirk Copper Upsizes Private Placement of Shares to $30.0 Million

Selkirk Copper (SCMI.V) Friday said it upsized a bought-deal financing of shares by $10.0 million, to $30.0 million.The company will now sell underwriters 4.4-million tax-advantaged flow-through shares at $1.70 each, to raise $7.5 million, and 19.6-million common shares priced at $1.15 each, to raise $22.5 million. RBC Outlines OR Royalties' Stance On Sector Consolidation, Buybacks

RBC Capital Markets said Friday that it hosted investor meetings with OR Royalties (OR.TO) chief executive Jason Attew and Grant Moenting, the company's vice president of capital markets.RBC said it reviewed key questions asked by investors and a summary of management's responses.When asked why OR was less active in 2025, the company said it would remain disciplined in its capital allocation.RBC noted that management outlined low success in 2025 due to elevated valuations and returns below target thresholds, increased competition and capital availability, and 25%of deals were unsecured, which is a non-starter for OR.As for OR's outlook for return of capital, management expressed willingness to repurchase shares to drive per share growth rather than pursue dilutive acquisitions.The company said it expects to maintain an opportunistic buyback throughout 2026, contingent on investment opportunities and internal valuation.OR anticipates royalty sector consolidation to continue, driven by a significant increase of new entrants to an already fragmented industry, RBC said.Meanwhile, OR's management believes that the opportunity at the Malartic operation in Quebec is largely overlooked. The company owns a 5% net smelter royalty in the mine owned by Agnico Eagle Mines (AEM.TO).Malartic is currently undergoing a transition from low grade open-pit mining to high gradeunderground mining, RBC said.RBC maintained OR's outperform rating and US$56 price target. DLP Resources (DLP.V) said Friday that three-dimensional magnetic susceptibility imaging inversion on its Esperanza porphyry copper-molybdenum project in Peru delineated a strong magnetic body, providing geophysical evidence for locating concealed porphyry bodies.The company said its invention analysis delineated subsurface physical property structures down to 1,200 meters depth. The magnetic body has a volume of about 4.4 cubic kilometers, whose strike, dip, and depth perfectly align with a typical porphyry ore-forming model."The recent aeromagnetic drone survey over the Esperanza project together with the 3D inversion of the data has confirmed a coincident magnetic anomaly with our alteration mapping, spectral alteration mapping and ground geochemistry," President and Chief Executive Officer Ian Gendall said."The magnetic body, potentially related to a potassic core of a porphyry copper system is estimated to be at a depth of 200 to 700m below surface," Gendall added.DLP said it plans to conduct detailed rock chip sampling and additional extension of the magnetic survey. NeXGold Mining Provides Latest Drills Results from Goliath Gold Complex; Rose 4.6% on Thursday

Seabridge Gold Reports Delay in Decision to Issue Construction Permits for KSM Mitchell Treaty Tunnels Project

Seabridge Gold (SEA.TO) said Friday that a government decision to issue permit amendments for the construction and operation of the Mitchell Treaty Tunnels (MTT) in British Columbia over their full length has been delayed.The MTT is a key infrastructure component of Seabridge's KSM project, comprising two parallel tunnels connecting the mining operations in the Mitchell Valley with the processing operations in the Treaty Valley.The company said it has received a letter from the Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals of British Columbia that referenced a legal action filed by Tudor Gold (TUD.V). About 12.5 kilometers of the MTT will pass through mineral claims owned by Tudor.
