Altus Group Q1 Adjusted EPS Jumps 77%, Revenue Rises; Raises 2026 Outlook

Altus Group (AIF.TO) on Thursday reported a 77% year-over-year jump in its first quarter adjusted earnings on increased revenue.The commercial real-estate technology provider said its adjusted earnings, excluding most one-time items, rose to $17.18 million, or $0.42 per share, up from $9.69 million, or $0.21, in the prior-year period.Revenue rose 6.2% to $108.2 million, up from $104.4 million a year earlier.In its outlook, the company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to a rise of 5% to 7%, up from its previous estimate of 4% to 6%, to between $448 million and $454 million. For the second quarter, it expects a jump of 5% to 7% to $110 million to $112 million.The company also announced that its board of directors approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the second quarter ending June 30."Our first quarter results reflect the strength of our recurring revenue model and the progress we're making to build a more focused, higher-margin data analytics business," said chief executive Mike Gordon. "Growing demand for our flagship offerings drove steady ARR growth, while our disciplined cost actions contributed to meaningful margin expansion, with additional benefits expected to flow through in coming quarters. Trisura Group Q1 Operating Earnings, Insurance Revenue, Beat Forecast

HEALWELL AI (AIDX.TO), a healthcare artificial-intelligence company, after trade Thursday said it halved its first-quarter loss as revenue from continuing operations soared by more than 300%.HEALWELL reported a loss from continuing operations of $6.85 million in the quarter, compared to a loss of $14.1 million in the year-prior period.HEALWELL reported revenue from continuing operations of $33.2 million, a rise of 316% compared to $8.0 million a year earlier. It said revenue growth was largely driven by the Orion Health acquisition and organic growth in the company's AI division.HEALWELL reported positive Adjusted EBITDA of $0.7 million, compared to an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $2.3 million. WELL Health Technologies Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Beat Estimates

WELL Health Technologies (WELL.TO) Thursday after trade reported adjusted first-quarter earnings and revenue that both beat estimates.Adjusted net income, excluding most one-time items, more than doubled to $15.5 million, or $0.06 per share, from $7.5 million, or $0.03, in the prior year period. The result beat the consensus analyst estimate of $0.05 per share, according to FactSet.Revenues surged 25% to $368.3 million, beating the $366.98 million forecast. The increase was driven by organic growth, acquisitions and the inclusion of Healwell results in WELL's consolidated financial reporting, a statement said.Total patient visits rose 17% year-over-year to 1.9 million. Aritzia's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Net Income, Net Revenue, Beat Estimatess

Aritzia's (ATZ.TO)fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings and net revenue both jumped, beating estimates, the company said after trade on Thursday.Adjusted net income, stripped of most one-off items, jumped 41% in the quarter ended Mach 1 to $138.2 million, or $1.15 per share, from $98 million, or $0.83, in the prior year period. The consensus estimate among analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.03 per share.Net revenue climbed 33% to $1.19 billion over the same period, beating the $1.14 billion forecast, and above its own guidance of between $1.1 billion to $1.13 billion. Net revenue grew 38% in the U.S. and 24% in Canada. Comparable sales increased 27.7%, as all channels and all geographies generated positive double-digit growth, a statement said.For its fiscal first quarter, Aritzia expects net revenue to range between $900 million to $925 million, for 36% to 39% growth. SG&A as a percentage of net revenue is expected to decrease 50 bps to 100 bps from 33.5%. The company also noted that it achieved its Fiscal 2027 net revenue target of $3.5 billion to $3.8 billion one year early.
