Zeo Energy, Ewyze Partner on US Off-Grid Power, Data-Center Projects
Zeo Energy (ZEO) has entered into an agreement with Ewyze to pursue integrated off-grid power and data-center projects in the US, with selected international opportunities also under consideration, it said Tuesday.Zeo Energy provides residential solar and commercial long-duration energy-storage solutions, while Ewyze has more than 18 years of renewable-energy development experience and focuses on integrated off-grid power and data-center infrastructure.The companies will collaborate on site selection, land acquisition, permitting, engineering, construction, financing and commercialization, including work with data-center operators and hyperscale customers.AI growth is driving sharp increases in data-center power needs, while US grid delays of five to 10 years are pushing developers toward scalable off-grid energy solutions.Price: $0.42, Change: $+0.11, Percent Change: +35.59%
