DirectBooking Technology Signs Joint Venture Agreement With Beijing DeepYou
DirectBooking Technology (ZDAI) said Tuesday it entered into a joint venture agreement with Beijing DeepYou Digital Technology to establish an artificial intelligence travel and hospitality company.DirectBooking will hold a 51% stake in the newly formed entity, while Beijing DeepYou Digital Technology will have a 49% share, the company said.The project targets a 3-year operational goal to deploy automated applications for a network of 30,000 to 50,000 hotels, DirectBooking said.Price: $1.89, Change: $-0.02, Percent Change: -1.05%
