Xcyte Digital Appoints William Ostrander as Full-Time CFO
Xcyte Digital (XCYT.V) appointed William Ostrander as its chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, it said after markets closed Tuesday.Ostrander succeeds Michael Ertle, who has been the company's fractional CFO since January 2025, said the company.Ostrander most recently served as CFO of Scorpius Holdings / Scorpius Biomanufacturing, added the company. He has also worked as executive director of finance at Liquidia Technologies, said Xcyte Digital.The company's shares last traded April 8, closing at C$0.26 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
