Vital Energy Amends Its Existing Credit Facility
Vital Energy (VUX.V) on Tuesday said its existing credit facility has been amended to lower the available loan amount to C$10 million from C$15 million.It also extended the maturity date from Aug. 28, 2026, to Aug. 28, 2027.The company entered into a loan agreement with another arm's length lender for a C$4 million loan agreement. This loan matures on Aug. 28, 2027, and bears an interest rate of 12% per year, payable on the maturity date, it said.The company's shares last traded Aug. 21, closing at C$0.135 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
