VR Resources Doubles Private-Placement Offering to $1 Million
VR Resources (VRR.V) up 14% on last look, on Friday said it doubled its private placement of share units to raise $1 million.The company will now issue 4-million units at $0.25 apiece and made up of share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.30. The underwriters have also been granted an over-allotment option of up to 2-million units.Proceeds will be used for the planned upcoming diamond drill program at the New Boston project in Nevada.The offering is expected to close on April 30.VR Resources shares were last seen up $0.04 to $0.33 on the TSX Venture Exchange.Price: $0.33, Change: $+0.04, Percent Change: +13.79%
