Vizsla Royalties Says Proxy Advisory Firm Urges Shareholders to Support Elemental Royalty Deal

Institutional Shareholder Services and other independent proxy advisory firms have recommended that Vizsla Royalties (VROY.V) shareholders vote for Elemental Royalty (ELE.TO)'s planned acquisition of the company.Vizsla shareholders who approve the plan are expected to benefit from increased liquidity, strong financial position and a more diversified entity, Vizsla said Monday.A special meeting of Vizsla shareholders is scheduled July 10, but Vizsla's board urged shareholders to vote in favor of the transaction ahead of the proxy deadline on July 8.Shareholders of record as of May 29 are eligible to vote at the meeting, Vizsla said.
