Visionstate to Pause Unit Offering, Review Financing Plans
Visionstate (VIS.V) will pause its non-brokered private placement of units under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption to re-examine its financing approach, it said late Wednesday.The company said on June 29 it would complete the placement of units for minimum proceeds of C$500,000 and up to C$1 million.
